Job Description

  • To lead, guide and motivate a team of Accounts and Admin staff under direct supervision to ensure smooth running of daily accounting operations and on-time month end closing
  • To be responsible for the key cost accounting work including the annual setting of standard costs for products and calculation of monthly deferred variances;
  • To perform analysis in Cost Variance and prepare costing reports
  • To manage Inventory and Fixed Assets
  • To perform Stock count audit
  • To perform month-end closing and generate reports for Management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in costing management in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to work independently within tight deadlines as well as able to multi-task
  • Strong financial analysis skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Positive attitude with an attention to details

Brand Manager
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to drive brand growth and presence according to the marketing plans including developing and executing brand plans. You will need to execute and see through branding promotional activities and be able to track performance and conduct evaluation for results monitoring.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of FMCG brand marketing experience
  • Must have extensive marketing knowledge and good understanding of FMCG market and consumer behavior
  • Demonstrated skills in influencing and negotiation
  • Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast dynamic environment

Section Head, Trade Operations
(Singapore - Aljunied)

Responsibilities:

To supervise and manage a team of Trade Operations Executives in the following responsibilities :

  • Manage, co-ordinate and follow up on customer orders through the fulfillment process
    which includes shipping, invoicing and etc.
  • Effective Suppliers Management such as following-up on sales contract quotation, ensuring on-time delivery
    schedule & etc
  • Support the overseas Marketing & Sales teams on operational issues to meet customer requirements
  • Act as an interface between overseas Marketing and Sales teams & other operational teams such as R&D,
    Graphic Design, QA & etc to support existing/new product development
  • Pro-actively feedback information to Operational teams on improvement issues
  • Review and improve current work process and procedures for improved work efficiency

Requirements:

  • A recognized tertiary education in Supply Chain/Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 6-8 years of working experience with exposure to Customer Support and/or Supplier Management and/or Order Fulfillment out of which 3 years must be in supervisory and/or management role
  • Possess knowledge in Export documentation and LC
  • Preferably with working experience in Shipping/Logistics

Planning & Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • You will take a lead in the Group's investment and funding process and the structure of acquisition and J/V's
  • Appraise all investment proposals, structure deals, providing critical evaluation and recommendations to the Investment Committee
  • Manage projects evaluation, structure mergers, acquisitions, investments and financing-related opportunities including conducting due diligence, valuation, negotiations and execution
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen the Group's relationship with financial institutions and markets
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Conduct research on industry trends, identify and analyse issues that affect profitability, sustainable growth and shareholders' value
  • Conduct review on Legal Contract
  • Lead and perform Management Audit Requirements:
  • You must have a recognized degree in the areas of Accountancy/Finance/Mathematics/Economics from recognized universities with at least 6-8 years' corporate finance experience gained in an investment banking and/or MNC environment and had executed major corporate finance transactions.
  • Commercially oriented, Dynamic, Resourceful with an excellent command of written and spoken English, interpersonal and presentation skills is essential. You must be highly analytical, self-motivated and is achievement driven and willing to travel within short notice.

Planning & Development Executive
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Manager in co-ordinating M&A projects and other investments and financing-related opportunities including conducting due diligence, valuation and execution.
  • To conduct market research on industry trends
  • To assist the Manager in handling investors' relations
  • To conduct Management Audit
  • To review Legal Contracts and Documents

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in the areas of Accountancy/Finance/Mathematics/Economics from recognized
    universities
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in corporate finance in a listed company and/or MNC environment
  • Experience in vetting legal contracts & documents is an added advantage
  • Experience in conducting Management Audit
  • Analytical with good command of written and spoken English
  • Result-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Willing to travel
