The Fortune Southeast Asia 500 ranks the region’s largest companies by revenue. To be considered, a company must be headquartered in Southeast Asia and publish or provide audited financial statements. The list includes publicly-listed, privately-owned companies and state-owned enterprises. This year, the revenue threshold for inclusion has risen, raising the bar for all companies on the list.
Food Empire, Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr Sudeep Nair said: “Advancing in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 rankings against a higher qualifying threshold reflects the strength of our business, which is underpinned by our strong brand equity. Our brands are well-positioned in all our key markets, and our pipeline of new projects will support the Group in its next phase of growth.”
