Established in 1989, ISCOS is a Co-operative for ex-offenders providing aftercare services to help in their reintegration into society. Since its founding in 1989 as initiated by the Ministry of Home Affairs, ISCOS has helped thousands of their members through various programmes and initiatives. As a self-funding Co-operative with over 12,000 members, ISCOS is passionate to bring about the positive change to help ex-offenders in their journey towards a better life. ISCOS is a member of the Community Action for the Rehabilitation of Ex-offenders, which organizes the annual Yellow Ribbon Project.
